[Review] B.liv Deep Impact : Deep Pores Cleansing and Massage Emulsion.

Hi, everyone! So today’s review is going to be about skincare which– i reckon– is so important for those who love and do makeup almost everyday (and i’m one of those ehe).

Just so you know, i might not have issue with excessive sebum as i have normal-dry skin, but trust me i’ve been battling black/white heads for too long. They’re like my endless enemies that will never leave my skin alooooooooone. And that’s one of a reason why I’ve always been obsessed with anything that has something to do with deep pores thingy.

I was so stoked when Bliv Team offered me to try out their skincare product, Bliv Deep Impact Deep Pores Massage and Cleansing. I was like YAAAS DUDE THIS IS WHAT I NEED!  The goodies are sent to me straight from Malaysia and finally arrived on my door step safe and sound few days after. Thank you so much Bliv Team, also thanks for the “love” letter tehee 😉

The first time i read “deep pores cleansing & massage emulsion” i know this is going to be a new thing for me. A skincare concept that i haven’t tried before. Thus, do you think  it’s a cleanser or a exfoliator? Okay, let’s jump right in to find out.

Description :

it’s time to bring your inner beauty out into the world. this emulsion delves deep to expel imperfections to reveal the true beauty of your skin, as it cleanses and massages your face to porcelain perfection. it also gently but effectively exfoliates and clarifies your skin. your real beauty can now shine inside out.

Ingredients :

aqua (water), disodium laureth sulfosuccinate, sodium lauryl sulfate, glycerin, cocamidopropyl betaine, kaolin, peg-7 glyceryl cocoate, jojoba esters, hamamelis virginiana (witch hazel) bark/leaf/twig extract, aloe barbadensis leaf extract, titanium dioxide, hydroxyethyl cellulose, xanthan gum, citric acid, methylparaben, melaleuca alternifolia (tea tree) leaf oil.

• absorb excess oil & dead cells that can clog skin and result in enlarged pores
• used as a facial mask to reduce shine.

jojoba massage beads:
• remove dead skin cells
• reveal a healthier, glowing complexion

witch hazel:
• anti-oxidant & astringent
• shrinks enlarged pores & tones the skin

aloe vera:
• anti-inflammation
• soothing and promoting wound healing
• moisturize and nourish the skin

tea tree oil:
• antiseptic, anti-bacterial and anti-oxidant properties
• instantly soothes blemished skin.

How to use ( 2- 3 times a week)

  1. apply a thin layer of deep impact to damp skin.
  2. gently massage in an upward and outward circular motion until the beads fully dissolved.
  3. rinse well.

The packaging comes with silver cardboard box with orange highlight (blackhead care line) on lower part and the product itself comes in squeeze tube. I love how simple and neat the packaging is.

This product has moisturizer-like texture, it’s quite thick and creamy but not sticky at all. It also has tiny Jojoba beads in it and dissolves easily as i massage my face. For those with sensitive skin, worry not, because the jojoba beads are so gentle and–of course–cause no harshness to the skin. I noticed you really HAVE TO damp your skin before applying this product, or it’ll get dry and hard to massage. Not to mention, there’s also a minty-cooling sensation on my face while massaging and after feeling enough with the massage and the jojoba beads are completely dissolved, i rinsed my face with lukewarm water.

The minty-cooling sensation leaves a really refreshing feels on my face and makes my complexion instantly brighter. My skin feels so nice and clean without a tight feeling at all. Gotta thank the aloe vera, i guess.

To my surprise, the whiteheads on my nose area are significantly diminished and pores are tightened as it deeply cleans the pores (check my photo below).

Now i think it’s safe to say that i swear by this product as you can see the result right away after the first usage. For those who also have the same problem with mine then you’ll love it !!  I only need a pea size amount of product for my entire face, definitely a little goes a long way. I do think this product is also good for those with acne prone skin as it can reduce excess oil of your face.

Speaking of which, after using this product few times i think this is more of a exfoliator than a cleanser as it’s suggested to use 2-3 times a week. Overall, i love this product as my skin doesn’t complain (no breakouts). Not to mention, the scent is also soft and resfreshing. If you guys are interested with Bliv Deep Impact or other products go check out their website BLIV .
